Surah Al-Ankabut (29:10) - Faith and Trials (ایمان اور آزمائشیں)

 

ترجمہ

اور بعض لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو زبانی کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ایمان لائے ہیں لیکن جب اللہ کی راہ میں کوئی مشکل آن پڑتی ہے تو لوگوں کی ایذاء دہی کو اللہ تعالٰی کے  عذاب  کی طرح بنا لتے ہیں ، ہاں اگر اللہ کی  مدد  آجائے تو پکار اٹھتے ہیں کہ ہم تو تمہارے  ساتھی  ہی ہیں کیا  دنیا  جہان کے سینوں میں جو کچھ ہے اس سے اللہ تعالٰی دانا نہیں ہے؟

And among mankind are those who say, "We believe in Allah," but when they are harmed in the cause of Allah, they consider the trial caused by people as if it were the punishment of Allah. But if help comes from your Lord, they say, "Indeed, we were with you." Is not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?
